I have a Sargent seat fitted to mine and they certainly make a difference, for both rider and pillion. They're about £300 new, but I picked up mine or £150 second hand.

A crashed 750ss that was being broken. Just a matter of keeping eyes open and a bit of patience.

I've seen these Sargent and Corbin seats on eBay second hand for around the £200 mark.

Here is a pic of my SS with the DP solo seat cowl. As posted before the gel coat on the cowl has stress cracks since day one and has some fittment issues, but is ok if you are not anal like me.
