Those Tsubaki chains, do they need a special fitting tool ?

I have a DID chain on mine now I did have a EK break on me last year ! and it smashed the crankcase like it normaly does on the 996

:mad::mad::mad:


Has anyone got any news on the protector plates that some one was going to get made as I still want to buy one !

Well EK are even worse than DID!


[real-life check] I've never had any chain break on me (and God knows, my sympathies to those who have), but I found EK didn't last for any time at all compared to DID.
Nowadays I stick to Afam (which may or may not be the same as some other make, I don't know),which I've found last much longer than anything else. [/real-life check]

My first one went on the way to Matlock (Sorry Ray)110 mph on the M1.

The second one i found when cleaning the chain by hand!

This one is history 80ish !!

Nuts! Time for a change!
