Hi bud they seem fine as i was looking at them yesterday when i had the filter out as the bike wouldnt start with it in but run fine when the filter was replaced.

Are the carb bowls filled with fuel when the engine has died??

Still need answers to these b4 we move on to the ignition side and the only reason I'm pushing on these is because your initial problems were obviously fuel related.
Check sparks at plugs anyway.

When the prob first started it wouldnt start unless i used the choke but on other times like when i removed the air filter it started without the choke. How do i check if the carb bowls have fuel in?

Hmmm....you can take the drain plug out of one of the carbs - but I'd turn the fuel off first under the tank. Just put some rags under the carbs to catch the fuel.

I wonder if you have had water in the tank and its now in the carbs?

Is this all something that happened suddenly or has it been getting progressively worse??

Good luck - Frank

Hi frank it happened straight away as in one day it was fine the next it wasnt, il try that with the carbs and see if it helps any
