I'm saving up for clutch cover so it'd be interesting to see a blow by blow account of how you did it - by all accounts-easy peasy

I did it mate so i would say go for it when u get them. On a scale of 1-10 i would say about a 4 for hardness (ooer!). Just a lot of bolts to put back but it's all fairly logical.

Nick - before you follow ANY of DSR's advice, search for "oops - I think I broke my clutch" or words to that effect.

What's the next mod i should do you think gentlemen? Probably sort that number plate bracket out?

guest1 17-Apr-2006 22:17

Could try an R-Send bracket - but they have a tendency to disperse your plate whilst you're not looking - or you could try modifying your original hangar and turn it upside down and trim it a bit.

Found THIS.

Looks pretty good. Is R-Send an online shop?

Its not an Rsend but it does the same job.The Rsend is the same product as the Casoli and Evuluzione tail tidies.I may have one going cheap.;)
Ive got one of the DP carbon jobbies on mine.:D

Balls.

Just went through the Termi box and realised i missed off the rubber ring where the pipe meets the end can. Reckon it's 100% needed? Probably.

Also the air filters! Where do these go? Bike is down at the old mans so can't look at the mo.

Only noticed today on the standard pipe the black rubber ring stuck around the end that goes into the end can, then looked in the Termi box and found the new one,to go on the Termi pipe. Guess it gives a better fit,and reduces vibration at the join,to a certain extent.

Any idea on the air filters? Did you get two with yours?

Cheers
