I remember that one, a Welsh guy rang me a couple of times this week when I had my 999R up on eBay. He said he went all the way to see it and found out it was a total rip-off. The guy had repaired the majority of it with none Ducati parts and was trying to sell it as an original 999R.

The widths are different, but those are ok as its only about 10mm... but the problem is the connection tabs to the side fairings...they are different.

03/04 nose can only be connected to 03/04 left/right side fairings.... while the '05/06 nose can only connect to 05/06 sides.
