I'm there this thursday and it's very nice - runs a little bit above your budget (just under £130) but probably worth it.

It's a bit up its own backside but has the advantage of being a stones throw away from the world's best breakfast (Taylor Street Cafe).

It is *very* central, only 2 blocks from Union Square and the service is very good if the hotel is somewhat pretentious!

However, all the female bar staff make up for this ;)
