"In memory of the great Formula One racing driver Ayrton Senna, tragically killed at Imola shortly after approving the 916 Senna prototype on 7 March 1994,the 916 Senna was created.Using the 1994 Strada engine with the Pankl con-rods,along with SP bodywork,Ohlins rear shock absorber, brakes and carbon fibre mufflers and clutch cover, each of the 300 Sennas came with a plaque on the top triple clamp, and were painted grey with red wheels. They also came with a certification document and, like all the desmoquattros for 1995,had a revised CPU management system.":frog: :smug: |

According to the good book (Ian Falloon - Standard Catalog of Ducati Motorcycles) the Senna 1 was 1995. Production specifically for UK appears to be 15 for 1995 |
I'm glad that's sorted then..... I've got a '95 Senna in my garage...lovely! 3rd owner 15,000 miles. One of these days I'll get it back on the road! I also know of a BRAND NEW 1995 one, 0 miles in a lovely shed near Gatwick??? |
Really? I'd give 'em £50 for it... |
