Chris may be the best option. I am tomorrow going to look into one way hire, ie drive something up to you and ride back.

Ian I had that thought but also would like to get it down here before 3 weeks time as the weather is on the turn. Having said that if anyone is driving a van to BSB at Brands that may be an option. Cadwell may have to be the one though.

Chi, sounds fair, your accounts bill has just gone up by £2k...

Dave probably not as it is just a stepping stone to a 748 or something next year when more funds are available!

nice one, will make a good commuter town bike

As stated in another thread,...I'm coming down to Bournemouth this friday,...I can pick the bike up and ride it down,if ya like.

Well done Ozz :)

A bloke I know rides up to Hemel from Blandford in Dorset to work three days a week. He has Honda SP thingy with a pillion seat. I should be able to catch him tomorrow to ask him to bring you up this far. From here, I can take you as a pillion to Lincoln (as long as you don't weigh more than about 12 stone, that is. Don't fancy being squashed to death against my own tank;). How does that sound?

You MUST ride it home, regardless of the weather. It's a Monster. They don't mind the rain. When I picked up my new bike on Thursday, the guy at Ducati Aylesbury said two people due to collect their new bikes had cancelled because 'it looked like rain'. It is incumbent on us to dispel this rediculous myth that Ducatis can't be ridden in the rain.

PM me if you want to get this lined up.

good choice Ozz, I've had quite a bit of fun on my M600 in the few months that I have owned it.

Until I get my entry back from New Era I will not know how many bikes I am taking to Cadwell, if only one then I could get the Bike from Chris's house (I think I can remember where it is) to Oxford.
Unless Chris could get it to Mallory (met Chris there before on the odd occassion) next Sunday as I'm up there to watch a mate racing and could take the van.

I think Newark auto-jumble is also on next sunday which isn't far from Chris's so if anybody was going to that ??

still hope you get it sorted in time to enjoy a few dry rideouts

Fair enough Chris, It will be the first EMRA event I've attended so will be interesting to see how their meetings run, I take it that its DP at Cadwell

Ruth, lovely offer and much as I would love to have a ride with you  (the Wife already thinks I am in love with you as I mentioned you a couple of times when you bought your 3rd bike!) I hate being a pillion (in fact I would rather gnaw my own foot off than be on the back of a bike) and I am a bit too hefty (over 12 stone now) and would keep bannging into the back of you....

Skids thanks also for that offer.
