Sorry, I must be short of thinking today Mark... I clicked on 'Forum Rules' at the head of this page but can see no mention of the these three steps. Can you point out which paragraph covers it please?

Perhaps these eminently sensible rules can be incorporated in the Forum Rules section at an early date, for the avoidance of doubt.

Their not rules, they are guidelines for the WT to follow when taking action. There have been comments made that actions have not been even.
