I emailed him to say that I would have them. But his fisrt notice to me, said that the cheque was already posted back to me. Which has arrived torn-up.

He looks like a ducati owner as his ebay name has 748998 on the end and has been buying Ducati stuff.:o

I just got an email from him, saying that he will take some money (nearly 50%) off the final price.

I have agreed to this;) It's just a shame that he jumped the gun and sent the original payment back without disscussion.

All's well, etc......

Bought something else the other day which was in "as new condition"
Payed by paypal. I have got a message from him (different seller) saying that when he has gone to package it, he has noticed some marks on it. Which doesn't affect it's function.
Now call me daft but I thouht as new was what it says.
I have asked for a refund, let's see what happens.....

Funny how people don't notice these things when they are actually taking the photo's of their items.
