The sevice manager said they all do that only noticable on mine, really if you apply the break going forwards and backwards as i do everyday when manuervering the bike to get the front wheel near to ground anchor.

Said he had one guy have his forks replaced under warranty 3 times and they still did the same thing, could be talking bull S*%t I suppose.

I'm happy-ish but it still feels a bit weird.

Only other option would be to take it to another dealer I suppose.
