Are these Penta 1\'s or 2\'s?
 

I had heard there were problems with early Penta 1's not sure if these are the symptons though.

im realy not that hot on using the front either now!!

about 5-6 years old
not a great deal of road use or track use realy,no bumps or bad scratches either

Crikey Mike..I remember that Robert Dunlop off...the duke TT video for that year had private video footage of the crash'him hitting a wall..and a picture of the wheel afterwards..horrific.

I think im right in saying he had a big payout from that regarding product liability.

Don't quite understand why some people would gloss over the track use in getting back to the manufacturer...after all why would anyone have Marvics in the first place unless they wanted a higher performance wheel? Racing? Track days?That's what they're made for and what they're marketed as isn't it?

Wasn't it Dymag not Marvic who paid out to Robert Dunlop ? anyway never the less,if you contact them they'll probabaly want the wheels back anyhow, so they can takem out of the system,cos there'll be some unscrupulous bodyshop that'll fill and paint em ! & we all know the potential out come of that !!good luck

There was athread recently on here about a Marvic problem concerning the rivetting on the Early Superlight wheels so I tried to find some info on the Marvic website
