At shool all boys were called by the surname first then initial letter of their forename (girls were called by the usual forename and surname). One day my mate, Philip Mullis, was called to see the headmistress, she announced during morning assembly: "I'd like to see Mullis P in my room at 10:30" The whole assembly had 15 minutes detention for s******ing so much :D (and he had a very normal name I thought........) |
Having worked in the medical field for 10 years now, I have seen many funny patient names that I probably can't mention in full as I would be breaching patient confidentiality, but I still feel sorry for Mrs Crapper and Mr Smallpiece ( real life peoplesname I had to call out across a crowded waiting room without s******ing ! ) Whilst we were having the conversation at work yesterday somebody else said that they knew a Wayne Anker.... not too much of a problem when said in full, but when not.....:lol::lol::lol: I ticked a good friend of mine off some years ago ( she was bad enough being called Jo king ) when she was pregnant and said if it was a boy she would call it Lee ( King ):o The list goes on and on.... |
