Just had an out of the blue email from the seller apologising for "the terrible situation" and asuring me that he will sort it out and that she will get a refund.
It might not come to anything but I feel a bit happier. I think if he had no intention of paying then he wouldn't have bothered emailing me. I have more confidence in him then I do Paypal.

Over a month since my last post and still no refund.
The guy still answers my emails and is still assuring me that I will get a refund.
I won't hold my breath.

Being a cynical bast**d Col I think he's pulling your chain. It takes 5 minutes to raise a Paypal refund and if he aint done it in a month then I fear the worst. Only strange bit is why he would keep responding to you if he wasn't kind of sincere.
