I think you will find the tyres will be very similar to those Dallas was using on the 1098 at Pembrey, apart from the wets for when it rains

It should be ok; a lot of us were certainly novices when we first went to Assen.

but many were on Novice bikes so probably a bit easier for the ACU to support and then the Novices were not supposed to wear their Novice jackets

Bit like the Silverstone test day at the begining of this year, apart from the lack of Gravel which was replaced with mud & grass on Dallas's 1098 :o
