The D119 from Mont Louis to Axat is a great road too.
The C roads going east from Tremp across to Berga are superb too (C1412, L511, L401, LV4241), if the weather is good and you like your roads twisty ;)

We're heading over this area in late June.

Another vote for Jaca here, although I have some bad memories of a late night bar that we were later told was a nockin shop :| :lol:

We have lived down here for about 5 years now, and still never tire of these amazing roads :D
