| I asked about this and its a case of a bad workman always blaming his tools. There is no problem with either the old or newer Alpina systems - the latter of which is specifically designed for converting tube type spokes to tubeless with out changing hubs or rims- if the technician follows the instructions. The essential problem was that if you airgun the nipples tight it destroys the sealing O ring. I just thought that I had better set the record straight. |
