When the dancing guy gets to the end of his dance he points to a star that flashes three times. Put your pointer over the position the star is at, wait till the guy walks off and the 'film' is ended then click the mouse on that spot three times.

A square appears. click on that and a safe appears with a combination...buggered if I can get past that

The date was in the intro at the beginning and as it was the only number seen it had to be that one
