Would you be riding up to Oulton....or the potential to share a van, food for thought?

Definitely the potential to share a van Andy.

Henners 10-Nov-2005 14:08

Sorry - do I know you??

I see you said the first word that came inside your head..............!!!:lol:

Jools 10-Nov-2005 14:26

I would like to do all three. However I think I would only be able to afford Cadwell and possibly Oulton (although there's only a month's financial recovery time between the two of them)

Get 'em out there matey, it's where they're meant to be :)

Oulton Park and a Ducati - it doesn't get any better.

Ray 10-Nov-2005 16:58

Yippee, Two days at cadwell and one at Oulton, Pirelli are gonna love this!!

Ray

clockwork orange 10-Nov-2005 17:14

Time to take the plunge. Not sure which one tho - will depend on prices and timing wrt DD races.

TP 10-Nov-2005 20:28

I don't like track days.

HW 10-Nov-2005 23:09

Lisa, the Brands day is a Wednesday - does that fall in a school break then? Interested because Kirst is tied by same academic holiday restrictions!

Loz 10-Nov-2005 23:46

I'll rob a bank and see if I can do all three venues. Superb stuff, Monty.

No chance of squeaking in the Brands GP circuit instead is there? :) :D

What are you trying to do to me-I have little enough hair as it is, and what I've got is white..........Brands GP indeed.......:puzzled:

Monty, I just thought I'd put a little zest into your life ... and after all, you might have said "Yes"!

:saint:

Stu748R 11-Nov-2005 09:36

I'd better buy some more L plates but this time put them on my brand spanking new Triumph 675 if its allowed at Brands.........

Henners 11-Nov-2005 11:09

Made your mind up Stu?

... that'll be a twin, two triples and a four in the garage then :D

Dementor 11-Nov-2005 20:38

Monty, are you doing concessionary pensioners rates? If so one for Oulton and one for Cadders please:D

Gbyte666 12-Nov-2005 14:59

After seeing what Brands was like this year with mostly Dukes and a mix in each group of other bikes, as said it the members that had the track respect not the bikes. Im up for all three, but would love to use the Gixer for the track and the Duke for the DSC rideouts.

We already know what Gixers can do, and if we had wanted a gixer we would have bought one.

The reason we ride Ducati's is cos they are NOT gixers..........

it's my track bike:bouncy:

brave words mate - a few of the DD racers may show you what a 620 SS/Monster can do, and then there's Chillo on his 999R!!

i've got a 999r too thank you and i love it to bits:roll:
but like i said let show you what my gixer can do:devil::devil::devil:
so phone a friend or ask the audiance cause i won't give you 50/50:lol::lol:

If its anything like most of the Gsxer converts on here it will have pristine tyre sides on it!;):lol:

fancy swapping for some sets with pristine centers:lol::lol:

Redruth 13-Nov-2005 19:30

Probably yes to all three, although I've not done Oulton Park so that will be the one I think twice about, if any.

I don't mind what bikes people ride as long as they are club members. Getting it fully subscribed and full of DSC members is the priority, I think.

I shall probably be on a Ducati. Not sure which one though :D:D:D:D

clockwork orange 13-Nov-2005 22:32

Looks like Brands it is - 2 novices first time out :sing::sing::sing::sing::burn:

Clippy 14-Nov-2005 09:32

Brands sounds promising for me...

...money ready to be put where mouth is when further details are known!

Wheres the Assen trackday details ??????

[Edited on 15-11-2005 by DIBBLE]

ChrisBushell 15-Nov-2005 10:21

The details for Assen will be published when they are made available by the Dutch Club. I would hope that this will be by the end of the month once we have a date.

Dont worry there will be enough time for poeple to book!

clockwork orange 15-Nov-2005 10:34

But limited places for Assen (VERY limited) from what I hear?????????????

JPM 15-Nov-2005 10:52

And noise restrictions don't forget!

Chris Wood 15-Nov-2005 11:55

I'm down for all three.....

RS and DD racer...

and Assen....

Any guarantee of an Aussie summer?

but I'm sure all 100% of them will be distributed evenly, its not like some other clubs where the general membership population forms an (dis)orderly queue behind the management ......

dickieducati 15-Nov-2005 15:28

no, you form an orderly queue behind the DD racers in this club. ;)
