nah nah nah nah "I want a more powerful bike to get scared more often" |

You must have bought one by now then? It's been an hour (probably) Quote:
Arse!! I'm getting paid though - I hope! :D |

does the seat foam come with the seat that you have on your bike!!! I've got a Ricambi and its ****e.... have you got a link for the seat!! Thanks ian |
The seat comes with everything you need. It is plug and play which, imo is well worth paying for. Nothing is worse than buying bits that then need to be modded to fit. Link |
getting back to my original question - any idea on best way to go with a pair of end cans for the ss? seller getting back to me this morning on my offer on the bike  so need an idea of the cost of cans - failing that will have to ring demon geeks....:sniff: |
also, where can i get the technical specs. for what can be done to modify the bike before I get the angle grinder out:eureka: |

Don't ring them you fool!!!!!!! You'll find a pair on eBay, or of this forum - or you can ring Rich @ Louigi Moto - he could have some. What's the panic? You not even bought it yet (hurry up!!). Don't give money to Demon Geeks anyway ;) |

Hi-levels. eBay is your friend cos they aint so easy to get new these days. I will have a set of hi-levels in carbon available at the end of the year when I get my new underseat exhaust system from the USA - currently they ar eon my 800ss racer. You could always try MHP or Renegade for a custom-system. They are good at this sort of thing. |
Dom, wanted a ball park figure on the cans before I commited to buy the road bike (in case they were silly money and I'd be better off buying a race bike). you read it wrong - who's the numpty! wouldn't give demon geeks my money - they would just be the most expensive, so I'd be well covered... there is a pair of cans on ebay, but off a monster - anybody know if they are the same? |
Glenn has a race ready race winning 620ss for sale..for a very decent price...throw a few more dollars at it to make it top spec....all the work is done really , just a few tweaks to make it yours.?.....surely its gotta be better than starting again with a road bike....its race prooven.? |
looked at glenns bike at donington.the bike I'm looking at is road reg'd which i would want, and glenns is french import, and also, the road bike has done 1400 miles from new and is immaculate, for very little more money. with DD it's more a race winning rider than a bike i think. |
does anybody know if a pair of 2002 620 monster end cans will fit on 2003 620 supersport? would need to know quick if anybody out there knows! |
i may have a 620ss based race winning/ championship winning bike for sale m8.....u2u me if interested ..has v5 and all road gear as well...... phil |
race winning bike Quote:
To fast for you is it:-) |
Quote:
It is fast !!! no doubt about that, im suprised no-one snapped it up when Tony had it for sale....it really is an awesome bike to ride..so well set up...!... |
Are you serious or joking Phil? I know someone who may be interested ;) |
how many people have owned this bike so far this year - must be some sort of a record! |
Quote:
er 1 m8 and that was tony who raced it in 3 races thats it..... |
was only kiddin'. i thought it had sold a couple of times this year. it's a great spec. and a top end refresh puts the icing on the cake. |
Quote:
What about those 8 Iraqis that owned it for a while? Then there was Windy Miller, Mr Ben and Danger Mouse! I make that 11 people plus Tony. ...and now you!!!! :D |

Anything will fit if you know good welder ... but the front pipes from monsters and sses finish at different angles, so there's no easy win there. |
