We'll be debiting the deposits this week. Following that the transport company Motofreight will be forwarded a list of all attending. They will collate this into a provisional collection schedule and contact you directly to see if you wish to take part in this service (there is a surcharge payable to Motofreight for this). Collection and delivery will be approximately 1 week either side of the event. The delivery point if you wish to take your bikes directly is Brandon in Norfolk. It will probably be another few weeks until you are contacted so please be patient - it's a very hectic period!

The balance would normally be due 8 weeks prior but as that will be Christmas we'll be debiting it in the first week of January. Please ensure there are sufficient funds to cover the balance - it costs us a fortune chasing everyone up on their mobiles :(

I'll be e-mailing everyone individually with the full event details and to arrange rooming lists.

I fancy getting some skiing in for a few days after the event. Anyone else up for it? Shall we get a group together or are peeps off on their own doing their own thing with no room for Billy-no-mates here?

I'll get in touch with Turkish to see if we can do a couple of 'group' collections hopefully saving some money and mucking about.
