I don't care about the service cost as mine's FREE.........

Great discussion about relative prices. There are more and more Duke dealers here, but it is important to find one who treats the bike right with that added value called knowledge thown in. Things are expensive here in Japan, but generally the workmanship is top notch and things work. Plus, if you establish a relationship with a merchant that does not entail just haggling about price, there are many instances where the dealer reciprocates by adding more to the relationship. Dealers here can appreciate loyalty. I had a right fairing repaired for a very low price with no sign of the added paint or repaired area. The dealer asked me if I wanted a CF front fender. I said yeah, but I didn't want to shell out the bucks for it. he gave it to me! It was a return from a customer due to a scratch. I looked for the scratch and found it ON THE INSIDE of the fender. So, from your posts it seems like JHP may be a little expensive, but they may be the kind of dealer I would enjoy dealing with. Price ain't everything.

I've never used JHP but I have used Wolverhampton. I can't speak highly enough of these guys, I also don't believe there isn't much they don't know about Duke's. They care about Bikes and quality first and foremost.
