Hah hah.....

I bought my wife a new Smart last year, they're great fun. It's an all black one with...wait for it...700 mighty turbocharged cc's. Mrs Jools wanted an automatic version, so we bought the one with the option to switch between fully automatic and semi automatic. When you drive it in semi auto it is suprisingly nippy, perfect for a runabout car. They're so cleverly designed as well, they're like a tardis inside 'cos you can't quite believe that there is so much room in such a small car.

They're probably too girly for most blokes, but whenever I drive it I find myself with a big grin, especially when parking space is tight (as it always is up our road) and you can park it tail onto the kerb. I reckon they're the new mini and capture the cheeky spirit of the original mini much better than the actual new mini, if you see what I mean.

Oh yes, a name...well you can have anything you like but you can't have the name Billy, that's already taken 'cos that's what my wifes Smart is called.

Billy Smart - circus car...geddit

Flanker - Al is always amazed at my shopping speed - when I got the first monster I just walked in to shop - and wanted to pay deposit (I had done the homework at the Bike show previously - and knew what I wanted)
I must have been at the counter for about 10 mins, before poor salesman realised I was serious:o

I really cannot be bothered with traipsing around shops - I apply the 'hit & run' method:lol:

oh yes - Psychlist - join Loz in the norty boyz corner please dear:P:lol::devil:

The Roadster version is even better, but lots of dosh. Now if I had 10 grand to throw around.....:P

Must admit, I hate browsing around too - know what, hit the shop, buy it and get out, thats the way to do it. Leaves more time to ride too.:lol:

Well, that too

Up-rated roadster for well over 12k:o (in fact well over 15k)

I'd have the budget version - AND another bike!

:)
