In the end I have gone for Pirelli Diablo Superbike Pro Slicks - needs warmers -similar grip to K3's so work with std chassis & suspension - but will last 2-3 days I hope on an inters std rider like me but they are SLICKS!!! and therefore sexy as :-)

Never used then before - will report back

................They are brilliant!!! no criticisms what so ever

For a 620 Class A Monster, what's the control tyre and why don't people use it at other times?

One would think that it would pay to stay with what you know etc...

Dunlop qualifier @ £135 a pair.

I assume people do use them as a road tyre but they probably don't have the usual longevity of a conventional road tyre.

:)

That and the fact they are H-rated so my insurance would be a bit suspect if I fitted them on any of my road bikes which all have Z-rated recommended by the manufacture

And if its a trackday bike then again you shouldn't be using a 160 H-rated tyre on the bigger bikes, not many have Ducati 600s and 620s as Trackday bikes
