I do like videos. There are a lot of bad pOints but if they show you good reference points that you can see and try when you get there then that's got to be good. So if you are going to oulton and watch a good video you will see there are three or four markers that you may or may not use as reference points for action. One of the downsides is the guy in the video is not you, is not riding your bike etc......

Instruction can be good. It will not fix everything in one go. I have used an instructor at Oulton before. What I got from him was some improved lines, also experienced having to move braking markers, and a whole load of usefull bits and pieces. Could I have learnt as much from an experienced DD rider? Yes. Not sure I would have learnt it from just track time.

Sometimes you just get stuck ina rut and a good nudge will help.
