Says the man that spent £20,000 on racing in 2005, did 60 races in 2005, and bought the championship winning bike too!!

:lol::lol::lol::lol:

You spent more on racing this season, than I earn in a year!!

Jeez, I'm in the wrong job :(

:lol:

You're right though, it's worth selling your granny for :devil:

Not entirely true, but the rumour mill will go round and round...;)

Indeed and out of my £20k I sold one of the bikes and I still have one. Running costs were around £8k which isn't bad and prob not that far removed from the DD costs :)
Racing isn't cheap and I'm sure I'm not the only one with a £5k bike in the 620 class.

I was only using the information supplied by Tony - How could you make that kind of stuff up?

You two have surprised me, you seemed so normal and nice when we've met in the past - what happened?

I don't need to explain...there was a lot more to the season than just that, break downs meant half the races weren't even started let alone finished.

We are perfectly normal and nice, but you continually make little remarks towards Tony. Maybe others don't bother to have a pop back, but it's no different than walking up to his face and saying he's being a smug git than it is saying it here. Why should we be nice when you're being constantly snide and bitchy! Not just to us either, you've had a go at a few people and I'm sure you're not like that in the real world.

That's what I thought, hence my surprise at some posts.

I do? I think it's fairly even to be honest. Smoke-Kettle-Pot-Fire-Black I think.

I would do that, and have done.

I can't stick people who fall in with the crowd and agree with the establishment and then bitch about it offline - I'm a club member as much as the next person, so if I have an opinion and it's valid, I will say how I feel - not everyone will agree or like it, but that's life and we don't live in Iraq (although it feels like it sometimes).

I really don't think I'm constantly snide and bitchy towards anyone. I think Tony has made some comments recently that he knew would rub people up the wrong way - and he is allowed to do that if he really wants - but don't start crying when people 'react' to it.
