Rattler is right, they're 4 pot - 2 Pad just like my ST

Tongue in cheek I know, but he could use the 4 pad jobbies, as they are standard Ducati OEM kit!!

Very nice bike DD. I didn't realise you were mechanically inept though. That's a bit of a turn up :frog::lol:

You'll just have to thrash the @rse off the real spanner enthusiasts and prove to everyone that knowing how the damn things work doesn't make you rider faster :roll::burn:

TP- luggage wise - one ruck sack (small) and a handbag (small).

i'm a racer! :lol::lol::lol:

if i wanted to fanny about with engines i'd have offered my services as a mechanic.;)

aquired a bit of carbon yesterday, should save me a couple of grams. might even be able to fix it on myself. think i just need a srewdriver or spanner or something:puzzled:

took the monster out yesterday to try to get some more miles on it. my mate came off on the 3 rd roundabout so after picking up the bits of his bike and getting him home(only his pride was hurt). decided to pop out a bit later when it had warmed up a bit.
managed to squeeze 110 out of it, still not pushng it too much so still recon it should sneak up to 130 in the right circumstances (downhill with a tailwind).

got it over a bit more to get my knee down. feels very 'floaty' in that position. will clearly need to look at the suspension at some stage.

Did you remember to add the rubber lips?

dickieducati 24-Jan-2005 10:39

its funny how you get a certain impression of people on the board and they are totally different when you actually meet them.

take flanker; from some of his postings i really thought he was a bit of an arse but now i've met him.....................................i KNOW he is!;)
