I can't see either a 996r or 998r being a residual value disaster area in the years to come. They have both taken the big initial drop.

Think i a m heading towards a 996R ,seems the general opinion is that both bikes ( 6R/8R) are more than most will need & the 6R suits my budget at the moment , so unless i will the lotto or similar its a 6R for me
