I'm on the GI diet - bloody marvellous!! Lost a stone in 6 weeks and feel soooo much better!! Some regimes are harder than others, but I'm using the one endorsed by that GMTV Doc Hilary Jones .. really easy, never hungry and I've even stopped craving Kingsize Snickers which! says it all really

Porrage is the key!! trust me it works!

Ordered Worral Thompsons GI recipe book from Amazon,any other recommendations ?,dont want to get bored with the same meals..

If you can't be arsed with all this reading of labels and don't want to interfere too much with your current lifestyle, cut out chocolate, sweets and crisps etc, cut out alcohol during the week, skip lunch (yes I know you shouldn't) and desserts during the week. Weekends, eat, drink and be merry but not to excess.

No effort whatsoever and easy enough to lose 1-2lb per week. Works for me.

is weird because when working with the almighty moggers.......the plump git doesn't actually eat much for a man of his "size" :D.

let me guess......you tried on those leathers(the weird coloured ones) and couldn't fit into them like the other leathers ya bought:lol:

If they wont fit,I'll nab em:rodent:
