with the chain and sprocket looking like that kev, have yoo took out insurance against it breaking as well? :lol::lol:

Andy the chain was new back in November after breaking the previous one, the front sprocket has been like that since the Silverstone trackday in March when the rear Renthal Sprocket carrier decided to move along the cush drive and up against the hub causing the chain to run off line.
The rest of the mess is caused by the Slipitin chain lube, that and it gets used in all types of weather

you see theres your problem...........all types of weather!

Still haven't tried the sprocket cover

But here is a pic of the protector off the bike

So if anybody isn't worried about the spocket cover fitting (track/race bikes) and wants one then let me know and I can sort P&P and get some in the post
