Do you continue to complain or leave?? Continue complaing and then what happens??...........the dreaded words............You're barred, the Licence holder has the right to serve who he/she sees fit.

Time will tell who is right surely?

The market decides,

Ray.

If the management don't listen to what's being asked of them or worse still, not understand why they are being asked to change then they will not ultimately prosper.

But if that pub is the only pub in town, they may feel that they don't have to listen to all of the issues raised by the fee paying punters. And take a stance that says I will keep my beer the same and priced as it is.

If the punters don't feel they have a realistic (or easy) chioice then they will go elsewhere eventually, but will kick up a big stink before they do.

As for barring someone, that might be a dangerous move as he may have the underlying support of the majority of the drinkers and they might also take a stance and not drink in that pub either.

Besides, Mr Banned might run a mini-bus company and run regular evening trips to the pub in the next town!! ;)

I think you'll find that will cost you £300.

Save it for next season. You can't protest me two weeks AFTER a race meeting, we may have changed them!!
