i read a story once that the late great ayrton senna got stopped by plod on the m25 for speeding, the copper approached the car note book in hand, knelt down next to the drivers window and in typical plod dry wit said, " who d`ya think you are, Nigel Mansell ?" you can guess the reply he got !:lol:

I was looking up the number for a French colleague with the surname Piot in our company directory. Just above his name there's someone in Thailand called Thongch Pippattannasookmongkol

One of the names that used to make me chuckle was a real life person called Maria del Carmen Niblett. I liked this name so much that I stole it when I was making up bedtime stories for my kids, and Maria del Carmen Niblett became an opera singing pig

Went to college with a guy called Roman Warrior (Remember him rattler?)

There is a guy here whose first name is Roman but he's Polish, so I won't even attempt to spell his surname ! :lol:

We also had a contractor working at the last company I was at called Bob Clunt. Always had to have a second look at his security pass.

My cousins girlfriend is called Channel, as she was number 5 :D
