I have it on good authority, having spoke with the gentleman in question, that there was a rare mistake at the hospital and he got someone elses birth certificate.
There have also been some unexplained voids in time that have meant that he is not 40, but actually 36.
If WSB and MotoGP stars can get away with it, then I damn sure he will. :P
