Never been one to let the grass grow under my feet, I have found another absolutely perfect house which has the following VERY SPECIAL advantage:_

The garage has been converted into an office/playroom. 2 BT lines etc, so perfect home for my computer. Then I'm going to knock out the stud wall and half way down the garage put in patio doors. So I can sit at my desk and admire my bike at the same time. Was this house made for me, or what?

Oh, and work will be less than 5 minutes walk, it's a beautifully restored Victorian 3 up 3 down with a lovely little back garden with decking, a gazebo and a bit of grass, so fantastic for parties.

The owners are going to Australia and want to move in March and it's £10K less than the last house. And the woman wants me to have it as I can move the fastest!

There, that has to be a record recovery, abject disappointment to elation in 3 days!

That's good news ruth, very pleased for you after your disappointment. Fingers crossed all goes well for you, and thats from an estate agent!

Excellent News Ruth, like the idea of the Patio doors.
I can see my 998 through my Patio doors but to do so I have to pop into the back garden to look through them into the back room of the house.

Once again, thanks for your comments you lot. I'm back for a 2nd viewing with Joanna this afternoon. I was going to go on the bike but I'm still hungover from last night's celebrations, I'm afraid.

:sing::sing::sing:

Mutters, there'll be a housewarming party definitely but I haven't quite got round to planning it yet. Sorry. I really should pull my finger out, shouldn't I. :lol:

Skidlids, I must see your house sometime. Ali's told me it's basically just like a garage throughout! :lol:
