Don’t think we need an official DSC or Race Comity "instruction" on the DD boys and what to do with their tickets, as they are just that, their tickets. They have sponsors, friends, other half's to think about, and then DSC members. It would be a shame if any DD rider’s tickets were wasted, but I think that unlikely.

Like Bradders I am bringing the family with tent on Saturday PM.

As was said at the AGM, this should be a club event with a chance to cheer on our boys. I can't wait for the flag to drop on race one, then I can relax. Then the work starts again to get our series covered by the press.

Never been to Cadwell before, what’s going on for food on Saturday night? Any Italian restaurants near by?

Haven't read all the thread, but forgive me for being cunning, but I have been known to 'sneak' in upwards of 6 people into meetings in the back of my van, and use just 1 pass to get myself in... There are ways and means.

Here's the controversial bit...

I think the circuits get enough cash as it is from the 'Hirer'. As far as I know, New Era are actually doing their best to give teams extra tickets for free by adding the 'sponsors details' bit on the entry forms, so that they can 'prove' to the circuit that the tickets are going to sponsors, and not just extended family and mates. Well done New Era I say.

Always worth doing the asylum smuggling bit though :D:D

so, just to make it simple, will I need tickets to get in Saturday night?? Or , if I cant get any from a DD rider, I would need 2, can I buy them Sunday morning even tho been there all night??

Ian - good to see others doing the same, want to try and persuade wifey that its a good family thing going racing, so I dont get resistance next year;) Dont think there is much locally, but believe the good old BBQ may come in handy.
