Feeling a bit battered and low today writing lists for bike bits and popping painkillers and anti inflammatories :D

Was a good day out and I can't believe how many folks came along to support me, it was brilliant, just a shame it didn't end so well.

Now have to deal with Fred telling me off when i try and do stuff!

Then stop trying to do stuff .....
