More the better I think, he operates a big CNC cutting machine that should be able to punch quite a few out of a sheet of metal. And the unit two down from him on the industrial estate supplies stainless sheet.
Personally I hate trying to work with stainless sheet in my garage its a bit on the tough side which is why I haven't done one myself yet dispite my chain snapping a couple of months ago.
Once hes back I'll show him a pic of one, give him the casing and get a price

PS. As we will be passing the end of the road where Ian Wilson lives on our way to the AGM on Saturday do you think we should call by and get him to put the kettle on, shouldn't be more than a Dozen of us or so

Yeah, stainless is a bitch to work with at home.....if you have one as a pattern thatll be easier!
