If I could meet up with u guys in Dunkirk the following Friday It save,s me a load of money and therefore I can give you better discounts!!!!!!!
Just an Idea?

Mav I could be up for this date, what's the weather like then? Looks like you're going to take in the Cochem bends then? Only prob I can see for someone like Tim is when the DD rounds are, is there anything in May?

Bring it on:cool::cool::cool::bouncy:

Don't work them around me, it looks like the dates will clash with "other" stuff for me in May, so looks like a no-goer for me anyway.

I'll go with the flow and if the dates fit then I'm up for it.

May for me is a no go..........Im away in Assen with the DD the week before and doubt Kelly and I wil be up for another long stretch.!

sept 8th - 11th suits me kelly and fordie......

its tuff with all the other events in the year...but really fancy this......

Dont envy anyone who is trying to get a date to suit everyone ..LOL

Bow to the other guys experiences but I've been round on the 916 and 996r both on noisy pipes,
Would be interested in going this year and have found some really great chalet type accommodation. We usually pay big bucks and stay at the Sonnenhof which is a belting hotel with free access to the sauna and gym after doing some track time. Ideal if you've picked a ****y wet time to visit ! The chalets are self catering but you can use the hotel which is just up the road for brekky if you prefer. Very reasonably priced with garaging for bikes.

Or you can come to a 70's throw back Hotel;)
Have some real nice food ;)
Learn something that you might think you know all the answers to;)
use the Hotel's facilities ie: Relax, Drink fine German Beer,sod the Gym as you are there to ride your bikes!
Throw some "Big bucks" into your petrol tank and on laps of the ring and rideout's ;)
sit on a wonderfull balcony,on a 180deg bend and watch the local's get there knee down;)
On the way back, we will pop into M schummackers Go kart center and do a few laps
;)

And get waited on Hand foot and finger BY me!!

;):cool::smug:

Oh sh*t, you are assuming that I'm trying to hijack your trip. NOT MY INTENTION AT ALL. Please ignore my previous posting, I don't run a bike trip business or anything like that, just visited the 'Ring quite a few times and was mentioning some options we'd found and used.

Just got back into the country and picked up on this again, going to have to pass on this one - by May I'll probably either be working in Poland or looking for another job.
Out of interest - what was the final outcome on loud pipes? I've got a full 50mm system and really don't/didn't want to go through the hassle of changing it back to the road pipes again....
Cheers
Martin
