Instrument Flying by Trevor Thom, bloody hard going but rather important if I don't want to crash.

For light relief, Gay boys in bondage, by Q. U. Eer :rolleye:

For the girlie side of me..... Stand By Your Man.. ( a novel )

For the mummy side of me.... Toddler Taming.. ( not working yet ! )

Tesco's are ace for books... they charge around £ 3.75 for each book !

As an aside, I noticed a very nice glossy mag in a newsagents recently, devoted just to Lance Armstrongs sixth TDF victory - some great pictures inside but sadly a little light on text.

Hiya Helen...good one for you that I've not long read for work to help me "understand" boys...
Raising Boys by Steve Biddulph...EXCELLENT!:D

HellsBells 28-Aug-2004 00:06

Read the Biddulph one too, recommendation from a friend !!

Very interesting about that initiation ceremony putting the boy on the hill over night and then not being able to talk to his mum for 2 years after that !!!!!!

Don't think I'll be doing that one ! :(

Iconic944ss 28-Aug-2004 00:35

Ladies...I take it only a woman would be able to understand the 'raising girls' book then :)

Well....thats how it feels as times !
