rider over power debate...good luck Kev! |
I've transferred some of this information over to the Desmodue website - http://www.ducatisportingclub.com/desmodue/ If I've misrepresented anything, or misspelled names, please let me know as it's easy fixed. Phill |
Rally - get mending - and building - ready for Castle Coombe :bouncy: oh, by the way - if your missing a pair of brake calipers - they must have fallen off on the way home :devil: The little Monster really surprised me on track - it was a fooking hoot. Like Rattler I found the stock springers fine - certainly not worth me changing at this stage - I do need to raise the ride height tho' (or reduce the pie intake) coz theres a large non-ACU hole in the rear of my belly pan. We were all running different gearing and I think that made the single biggest difference to all the bikes (rider excluded). In a race situation I can't see the 620ie's having any big advantage over the big bore 600's. Anyway a couple of pictures to amuse you all |

I like the second one where you're going around the outside of the 996 ;) |

 That was Antonye on his 748 ... nice yellow jacket ;) He was out there mugging us all day! Fortunately I didn't see him that much, once a session or something like that. |
UncleD - what is that seat cowl? Is that the same as the S4 challenge one? |
I wore my yellow jacket with pride! I was surprised at just how quick some of the DD bikes were - and they certainly weren't the slowest in the intermediate group and even Dickie was keeping pace with the fast boys until he moved to the inters. I honestly think it's going to be a very good season of racing, and I can't wait to get the SS finished and put some miles on it. |
UncleD, were those pics some of the professional ones offered by the "available" tasty blonde from Focused Events by any chance?! Ade. |
