that would be the

[Parkitt Modern Classics with MJW Digital Art/Formula 400/Maxitwin]

I think we would be in class F400 even if the old Jap 400s are lighter and more powerful :(

I'm expecting my awesomeness will balance things out.

I think a few other DDers have had a go in this class.

whats the smallest van you can fit a bike in?

badgerpilot 03-Oct-2013 19:31

One that's got an accessable cavity just a touch wider, higher and longer than your bike. :p

You'll get used to the stupidity and sarcasm in time.

depends how many pieces it's in-
realistically can get bikes in a citroen dispatch/ fiat scudo/ but not great comfort for camping- next up and cheapish is merc vito

having used a dispatch and moved to vw lt35/ merc sprinter hitop mwb have to say for me the extra comfort/ space well worth having- but i do use my van for work and everything else too- got 38mpg citroen /32mpg lt35

if yr ok with spannering and don't mind going slow £800- £1.5k will get you plenty of choices- a mate of mine in s.wales has couple asstd cheap vans to sell at moment

I quite like the transit connect, lwb although I think you can fit it in the swb but you'd have to check...

the benifit of buying a ford is that you will make race meetings rather than breaking down on the way like you would with anything french...

are you going to Pembrey Badger?

or 1 twice the width and half the length if you fold it in half

i wouldn't tempt fate if i was you-
i never had any trouble with my old renault 4 van as long as i kept the elastic band wound properly (apart from a rear radius arm parting with the chassis and it still drove then held on by just the tortion bar)

Yeh, had a load of arse and mither from work cos I'd cancelled my holiday so had to arrange a shift swap tho.
