This club has gone down in my estimation today

What we have here is clear baiting of weeksy and as such is just schoolyard bullying. What does it prove? Whether he races or he doesn't he's damned ... he's left with no choice. And what happen's if he gets hurt?? All the baying in the background is cowardice of the highest order - I've never seen such blatent ccok waving on this site during my membership.

Haven't we had enough to deal with over the last few weeks? What have we learnt through all the sorrow and sadness? If what has been posted here is any indicataion then very little of the milk of human kindness I fear.

For God's sake grow up :flame:

Blimey Henners, I don't think it was quite that bad.

Weeksy is racing now, and he seems quite happy actually - I'm talking to him right now, much like I was when we were all having FRIENDLY banter earlier.

There wasn't any baiting or bullying, and Weeksy certainly wouldn't do it just coz we said so - He's just not that kind of bloke.

Also, the people who were having most banter, were people who know Steve, and therefore weren't just jumping in and attacking him.

:)

Having met, got drunk with, and been on track with Steve (like most of the others here), I feel he can take more stick than most. But then he does like to give out more than most too, and you'll inevitably reap what you sow.

I'm sure every single person on this thread asking Steve to join them on track passed a thought Dave's way, but time moves on, and Steve will undoubtably make his own decisions despite plenty of ragging from everyone else.

I also genuinely believe the majority would like to see him on the grid as a smiley face is always welcome, as is another fully-blown DSC member.

My £0.02.
