Back Protector

I'm looking at buying a back protector. Not sure whether to go for the Knox or the Dainese or even the Spidi. Any advise in this matter would be greatly appreciated, thanks

If you have the extra dosh go for the knox.....its the best:)

Having seen a fair amount of crashes while doing my Medic stuff i would recommend the Knox.........

Nothing scientific just seems to offer better protection. I am sure Knox are still doing the cash payout if you break your back while wearing it????

Just make sure that whatever you buy is CE approved, but from the list I think that they all *should* be ... but check just in case!

Purchased a one piece TZ-1 Alpinestars suit the other week with a Knox stowaway back protector. Have been wearing it for the commute to work very comfortable.

Thanks for all the replies, much appreciated. Looks like it's between the Knox and the Dainese. I'll try them both and then decide.....

I have the top spec knox, barely used, cant remember the size but I'm looking to sell due to emigration.
Let me know if it's of interest. I think it was about £100 or so new.

It's a Knox KC2000
