Another DSC TV celebrity Me:lol: I'm famous......on the train yesterday morning on the way into work, it was totally packed as usual. I squeezed on and with no chance of getting a seat, I pushed my way through and sat on the floor by the loos and lost myself in some White Stripes and Maroon 5 on my personal stereo. As I sat there with my knees at my ears, unable to move with all the other poor, bored people in the stuffy, smelly, uncomfortable and noisy surroundings, a TV crew pushed their way onto the train. I looked up to see the camera pointing at me........several friends have called to say they saw me on the six o'clock news last night for about 5 seconds as they talked about train overcrowding...........and I had my DSC bomber jacket on;) Anyone see me? WeeJohnyB |
No :lol::lol: |
Not me |
A whole 5 seconds? That means you've only got 14' 55" of fame left then |
I was a courier on Challenge Anneka once... Does that count? |
Only if you got a close-up of her rear end :lol: Frank |
is that 14 ft 55 inches Jools:lol: If so, I've got a long way to go WeeJohnyB |
Hey WeeJohnyB What you have to appreciate is the more people we can get on to a train the more money the company gets then the more overtime they can afford to pay me which I can then spend on more bits for my Ducati. So just think by travelling to work you are in fact helping the interest of Ducati :) BTW I did once get interviewed for TVS when I was on a picket line at Ashford (Kent) station |

It is truly amazing what some people will own up to. :alien: It must be the apparent anonymity of the DSC board... for everyone apart from WJB, of course, who is now famous and still has 14 mins and 55 seconds of his 15 minutes of fame to go (thought I'd explain one, for his sake, as he's clearly confused. Befuddled by his own success. Bless! ) :lol::lol::lol: |
