Thing is, the bandwidth you pay for is between your provider and you. These speed meters don't account for cross network latency on the systems it hops across to get to you.

What you really need to get a more accurate picture of your speed is a meter / test being run from your ISP's own network, otherwise it's just a rough guide.

At home on wireless router - 2000.00kbs.
