read N H`s test in mcn last week, looks like he`s got a good chance to give the yanks a run for their money...what d`you think, or does anyone give a s**t ?

Neil has the skill and the self belief to win AMA as long as the bike and the tyres are up to it and he gets a good chief engineer - bit like Rossi really in that regard ;) As Ian would say its the 'package' that matters and last year in MotoGP he didn't have any of the above whilst in 2003 he did.

Toseland made an interesting comment in Bike magazine: If he did what he did this year last year (2003) when the bike was new, he would have been a hero. He was quicker that Capirossi (on the same bike) in most places and Capirossi had a race win and numerous podiums last year. The amount of development the Japanese did in 2004 - they were two seconds a lap faster. Neil had no chance.

again NH will suffer, because he will be against riders who will not want to be beaten by a brit, that means he will have to really battle, that means no chance. Foggy said it all:sing::sing::sing:

neil will do well over there, hes ona bike he knows with tyres he likes and full factory support

if you read what the yanks say they were actuallyimpressed and they dont say that about a brit especially a rival very often

Lets hope Hodgy does well in the you ess of ay!...............lets be honest he`s on a good machine!

He's a good racer, just needs to be on a good bike with good tyres and run by a good team. I hope he does well.
