Open Clutch Cover

What are the benefits of an open clutch cover? Will it give me that nice jingling sound or does that come from a competition clutch?

Thanks in advance.

i used to have one but replaced original cover (noise)..
got sick and tired of idiots telling me my "bike sounds a bit rough"
or "gearbox is on its way out"

i know sometimes the build up of dust can cause problems sometimes - i clean out every now and again as a matter of cause..

It's good for allowing the dust to escape and for letting the cllutch noise out.

The steel plates make the most noise and I don't have them anymore so the clutch isn't too loud. The 54mm carbon Sil Motor's are MUCH louder :D

Yep, all the jingling you can eat!

I have a speedymoto one that I got from our very own Nelly. Very solid bit of kit that isn't going to crush inwards and snap your clutch posts if you're unfortunate enough to go down on the right hand side.

You can see in the pic I've attached, although not very well. Apologies for the poor photo.
