Hi to all Ducati owners. Just now and then we need work done on our bikes.I have just had some work done by Moto Rapid and would like to THANK them through DSC for being very helpful people (Steve .Martin.wilf & Craig) and the coffee ain't bad . I will be taking my bike to them in future even though there 60miles away. Dee

I'm a 45 minute ride away and I use them too; good bunch of blokes and really helpful.
Definitely worth the travelling I say!

I got excellent service of them and live about 500 miles away in Edinburgh. Top lads!!

Thanks Guys, its always great to get some positive feedback. Good dealers really try hard to be the best we can and i cant tell you how good it feels to be appreciated.

There are a few (very few) dealers who look after the DSC and put real effort into customer service. But the more positive feed back the good dealers get the better, this can only make the ones who dont try so hard think about it.

A week away from closing an ongoing deal with Wilf at Moto Rapido, so far the service and help offered has been second to none. I have non doubt at all that all will be go as planned.

They,ve seen plenty of my money , and ive parted with it with pleasure , top lads , i did a 400 plus mile round trip to there doors to buy my ped :D and have had exellent after sales from all the team , wilf craig and ben to mention a few !
