583cc bhp? - silly season starts!
 

I picked my 583 engine up from MotoRapido today.
Now its had last years big-bore kit, ally conrods and carbon flywheel replaced with standard items, any idea of what bhp I should expect?

make sure it's a good bhp. I'm looking forward to racing it.

c'mon - spill......

surely it has to be under 50bhp....if the big bore kit gave 51.2 for me ..i know pauls was 55bhp but he had the flat slide carbs cam timing etc done..but a std 583 with pipe and jetting cant be more than 49bhp can it.? even if set up and sorted its 49.5 at a push surely.?

i dont know but im basing on a 675 putting out 51.2 .!

ask Psychlist what his std post 97 583 was putting out Fil - Skids was there that day:)
