Well to be honest mate I haven't really spent a lot of time on it! :D When I first rode it I didn't think I'd get on with it. But the more I rode it (and after splaying the clip-ons wider, raising the seat height, rotating the levers around on the clip-ons and the gear shift etc) the more it started to make sense. I try and rest my arms on the tank when I'm cornering so having it stick out is cool. I rode Ali's bike which has the clip-ons above the yoke at Brands and it was fine too. So, in answer to your question - I'm currently getting on with it fine but I haven't really spent a lot of time on it. I need a track day at a circuit I know well on it to see how I'm going etc. I'm not sure if the geometry is right because I can't do everything I want to with the bike yet, like I could with mine once we got the setup where I needed it with Neil Spalding's help last year. I hope that helps in some vague and rambling way! |
